I am to bring to your kind notice that an Annual General Meeting/Workers Parliament will be
held at GOVARDHAN [Uttar Pradesh] from 14.09.2024 to 15.09.2024 in which members of the
affiliated unions in large numbers would like to attend. As this is a meeting in which employees from
all over the country are expected to take part in large numbers, we request your goodself to kindly issue
suitable instructions to all the Regional Managers to sanction leave to all such employees who would
like to take part in the said meeting. A copy of the meeting notice is attached herewith for favor of kind
perusal.
